Mix COSTUS in olive oil and leave for 15 days:

For the following ailments: Ointment for all kinds of massages for muscle pain

Use as Incense:

 To perfume and disinfect the body as well as the clothes)

Mix with Water or Honey and leave to ferment:

For the following ailments: Compresses for burns, wounds and all facial problems

Take a bath with the COSTUS:
